MD's experience during the last 49 years has been nothing more than blessed. What began as a "Ma' and Pa' Shop" has turned into a global entity, representing the Americas, Mexico, Canada, and over 100 countries worldwide.

Innovation has always been the drive behind MD and its operations, from the quiet and cool-running SilentMaster to the industries first website. MD's R&D department is in constant motion bringing new ideas to the industry. We believe in cohesion with other manufacturers to joint venture improvements to units, hoses, brushes and accessories. We think this is the best way to innovate the lives of our consumers as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Many years ago the decision was made to focus on growth and lead the company into a major expansion. Customer service and satisfaction were not variables that MD was willing to sacrifice however. Today’s customer service and technical support teams work 10 hour shifts and minimize wait time when clients contact MD. Answers to online questions are usually provided next day. And every now and then a customer is surprised to find out they had just been talking to the general manager and inventor of some MD products.

Green is not just a trend for MD. Our manufacturing uses no water. We use nearly 100% of the natural resources purchased to manufacture our goods, leaving minimal scrap. The left over resources are recycled locally. MD works closely with our motor manufacturer to provide the most efficient and powerful motors possible. Utilizing a hybrid of Just-In-Time and Batch manufacturing, many of our units are made to order in large quantities. This minimizes inventory and maximizes operational efficiency. Lights are switched off when not in use. Skylights brighten the operational plant. Computers are set to hibernate or are turned completely off when not in operation. Electrical devices are unplugged during vacations to minimize energy waste. Our billing system is largely paperless.

With even the minutest success comes the responsibility to pay tribute to the clients, customers, dealers and distributors who make M.D. Manufacturing, Inc. what it is today. It is our greatest pleasure to serve our community worldwide.
