3. Remove the paper bag from the cloth support bag. Dispose paper bag where all the debris is. Below the bag there are secondary filters that should be shaken out every 3-5 years. If you have the green mesh type, make sure the weaved side is facing down.

4. Fit the new paper bag around the cloth support bag.

5. Hold up the cloth tab as you reinstall the two bags together into the unit.

6. Reinstall the rubber gasket:

1. Insert the tapered edge up starting with the side furthest from the wall.
   
2. While forming it around the edges you will end up with a remaining loop. Making sure the cloth tab is up, push loop closed.
   
3. Pull the bottom edge of the gasket out and apply downward pressure with your thumb, until the gasket rests completely around the top edge of the bag.
